Dr. Norris M. Haynes, is a Licensed Psychologist and a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. He is a certified Hypnotherapist. His academic appointments have included professorships at Yale University, Howard University and Southern Connecticut State University. 

He is universally recognized for his scholarship. He has published several books, many book chapters and peer-reviewed articles, and has presented at conferences, and conducted workshops and seminars internationally.

Dr. Haynes has consulted with many schools and school districts and other organizations nationally and internationally.

With decades of experience, Dr. Haynes is an accomplished clinician, with expertise in several areas of mental health, social and emotional development and competencies, personality and behavior disorders and mood disorders, among children, youth and adults.
